SHIPPING POLICY

Almost Perfect Pottery ships to customers in the United States. We're sorry, but at this time we do not offer shipping to customers outside the United States.

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number and expected delivery date when your order ships. 

​

If you're in the Las Cruces area and would prefer to pick up your order, I offer free order pick up as well. When you place you order, you will receive information on when and how to receive your order in person.

RETURN & REUND POLICY

In the event your piece is damaged during shipping, you may request a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, within 5 days of your order's delivery. Send refund requests, along with a picture of the damaged item, to almostperfectpottery@gmail.com.

 

If your refund is approved, please return work using the same box and packing material used in shipping your delivery to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping.


Your refund will be issued after the work has been successfully received.
